Feel free to get all benefits of 10x faster event/update storage with AggreGate 5.4! Download our IoT platform and make sure that a single server can process and persistently store up to a hundred thousand events/updates per second, which is almost equal to 10 billion events per day. Such performance figures don't even require any high-end server hardware.
We've achieved great results in optimizing AggreGate server performance, especially event and value update storage performance. From now on, a single server can process and persistently store up to a hundred thousand events/updates per second, which is almost equal to 10 billion events per day. Such performance figures don't even require any high-end server hardware.
A new chapter is opened by this release. Presenting AggreGate's graphical and textual programming languages inspired by IEC 61131-3 standard, also known as "SoftPLC". Millions of engineers are now able to use AggreGate as a process control logic development environment.
Widget capabilities are no longer limited by the standard set of components. Now it can be easily extended. New Widget Component SDK allows to implement custom visual components in Java and use them in AggreGate widgets. Extend AggreGate's wide component palette with UI controls best suited to your needs.
We continue to make our UI interface more clear and user friendly. The next step is the lightweight icons. We redesigned them to be up to date with modern flat paradigm. New color coding assists user to navigate over various available toolbar actions.
Other major improvements include:
Built-in timestamps and quality for data tables
Component connectors that allow to visually link UI components with each other
Secure and reliable Agent communications
Granulation, a brand-new highly customizable data aggregation and consolidation tool
Server remote upgrading
We are bringing our IT & Network Management solution to a new level by turning it into a full-fledged IT Service Management System. In this release, we introduce several essential instruments for that: Configuration Management Database (CMDB), metrics engine and topology-based root-cause analysis tools. Another ITSM functionality - IP address management module - is now available and you can use it out of the box.
AggreGate 5.4 includes new device drivers: CoAP, MQTT, IEC 104, DLMS/COSEM, SMI-S.
Please check detailed information on the new 5.4 release, download the 5.4 version of AggreGate IoT Platform and let us know how it works for you!
Have you ever had any problems with false alarms generated by antivirus protection? Forget about it working with our software!
From now, AggreGate Software by Tibbo Systems is included into Kaspersky White List. It reduces the risk of Partner's software wrong classification as malicious. It ensures also results in positive user experience at every stage of the user flow while software downloading and usage.
Popular Turkish technology TV project, Tekno Alan, introduced Tezmaksan, a retailer of CNC machines. Tezmaksan implements AggreGate IoT Platform for collecting data from CNC controllers, such as Fanuc, Mitsubishi, etc. installed on machines with computer numerical control (CNC).
Assisted by OPC server, AggreGate allows tracking all the machine unit processes (uptime, downtime, shutdown reasons, duration, etc.) and analyzing data through corresponding alarms and reports.
Late September during the “Internet of Things” conference there was a presentation of Tibbo Systems representative Dmitriy Moiseev. The speaker addressed a topic of the IoT implementation into agriculture and told about advantages of using the company’s product – AggreGate IoT Platform.
At the beginning of the report, the expert listed the main stages of agriculture development:
1 stage: machinery for farming instead of manual labor;
2 stage: mechanization of production, including storing and processing;
3 stage: mineral fertilizers and chemical plant protection, change of ground parameters, selection;
4 stage: genetic engineering tools;
5 stage: precision agriculture.
According to the speaker, in the era of precision agriculture, application of the IoT technologies in agriculture will help to:
save money on fertilizers and plant protection;
increase soil fertility due to smart management;
monitor the state of harvest and avoid its loss during storing;
increase the efficiency of the use of specialized equipment;
monitor the state and location of animals;
control the state of manufacturing line equipment, etc.
However, before using IoT tools, you should take into account some peculiarities, including outdated agriculture technology, close link between economy of agricultural enterprises and natural processes of growth and development of living organisms, the influence over which is limited, direct dependence on environmental factors, and seasonality.
That is why within the current stage it is possible to implement the following IoT solutions:
apply bow thrusts and autopilots for agricultural machinery;
equip irrigation systems taking into account condition and peculiarities of soil;
use systems for accurate fertilization;
apply systems for disease and pest control;
use innovative technologies for harvest storing;
improve and automate (if possible) manufacturing lines.
At the end of his report the representative of Tibbo Systems mentioned a successful case of a company, which implemented the system for monitoring and predicting the harvest condition. It is software and hardware system that include various equipment: autonomous wireless temperature and CO2 humidity sensors, base stations and sluices, GPS / GLONASS receivers, laboratory facilities for simulating various conditions, weather stations and weather forecasting services, as well as intellectual IoT platform Tibbo AggreGate.
As the result of these innovations, the company managed to:
get information about the reduction of sugar amount in white beet within each separate area of the field;
suppress rottenness of product at early stages;
increase sugar production due to planning of processing taking into account storing conditions and state of the product;
monitor location and effectiveness of the use of agricultural machinery afield.
As we can see, IoT platform Tibbo AggreGate has clearly proved its exceptional efficacy and usefulness.
Dmitry Moiseev, Key Account Director of Tibbo Systems, told about IoT Platforms in smart buildings and presented AggreGate IoT Platform at BIS 2016 International Forum in Saint Petersburg.
Tibbo one of the World’s leading IoT solutions providers, has become an Official Sponsor of International IoT Exhibition and Conference once again.
This year, the event was even brighter and more ambitious than before. We will remember it by newsworthy presentations, innovative designs, smart solutions, great Startup Fight and Speed Dealing, as well as fascinating experiments, fruitful discussions, and instructive workshops.
Public authorities’ representatives, businessmen, investors, start-up project developers and all those associated with smart technologies world attended the Conference.
In the context of Industrial-IoT section, Dmitry Moiseev, Key Account Director of Tibbo Systems, held the speech on IoT role and prospects in agriculture, as well as features that should be considered when applying IoT.
The most exciting thing at Tibbo stand was BMS system working demo with climate and lights control. It is based on LTPS3 controller as device server with sensors and AggreGate as monitoring SCADA solution showing how IoT can be applied in real life.
During the exhibition, Victor Polyakov, Tibbo Systems Managing Director, and Markos Legra Sanchez, Tibbo Technology Project Manager, pondered over the role and place of IoT products in the life of a modern business enterprise. They also explained how Tibbo is leveraging TPS devices and AggreGate IoT Platform to create the next-generation monitoring and automation solutions.
